I bet an of you reading this are a bit surprised by the update. I have had serveral ask when i was going to update so here I am!!! The latest excitement in our house would be that both the boys started school a couple of weeks ago! Parker is now going two days a week and Caleb three. They both love it and have yet to cry that they don't want to go. Me on the other hand sat in the car the first day of dropoff and bawled my eyes out. I called Eric crying so hard he thought something awful had happened. It was just so weird to be in my car with no one in the back asking questions or to pull into a store and not have to get someone out. I went to target once and found myself walking around the store for 2 hours just because I could!! That could get me in trouble with boss man though if I am not careful!! I have to say those few hours go by so fast!! Here are a few pictures from their first day of school I keep asking myself how do they grow up so fast!!!!!!!! Eric would say we should just have another one . . . I am not sure about that!!!

Project Complete!
Well, things have been a little crazy around here!! Here are pictures of our latest home project. We love it!! It was finally completed today and we can't wait to spend many nights out there together!
Eric starts a new job on Monday so he has been off all week spending time at home with us. After 11 years at the same company and much prayer and thought over what the right move is!! We are so proud of him for his hard work for our family! Caleb has finally recovered from walking pneumonia and was able to enjoy this week having daddy home. So in between supervising the outdoor project we were able to do some fun things! We went to the zoo together which was awesome!! The weather was great that day and the kids had such a great time. The boys are both in swim lessons so it was a treat for daddy to get to come with us to that and see for himself how great the boys are both doing in the pool. Caleb no longer has to wear any type of swim floaty or anything and he is doing great. Parker does not think he needs anything on either but because that boy has no fear I think we will keep the swim trainer on him through the summer. I am so proud of both of them they always amaze me!! Parker gave up his pacifier a few weeks ago, I have to say that has been rough. I went from having a 2 year old in his big boy bed who I put to bed at 7pm he would stay there till I was ready to get him up which was sometime 8am then would go back down for a nap at 1 and sleep till 4! Well after I took away the paci all that has changed he hates naps, screams and cries that he wants me when I put him in his room! It has taken all I have not to give that thing back and get my good sleeper back!! I keep telling myself we will get through this. He has finally stopped the crying at bedtime but naptime is still a big struggle and Lord knows I am not ready for him to give up that nap!
I feel like I never have the time to blog anymore. My free time is spent with my family and friends and the time I have left I have spent at the gym working very hard to loose the extra weight that my kids helped me gain :)!!! The results are slow but I tell you I feel so much better! My friend Heather and I have been holding each other accountable and meeting almost every night! It has been great for me!
Well, that is it for now! I will continue to try and get better with my updates! Hope you all are great!!

Beach Trip
Me and my special two boys!!
They will hate me one day for putting all this on them but I was so afraid they would burn!
Well we just returned from an amazing 10 day vacation to the beach! It was such a wonderful time together. We actually went with Eric's parents and grandparents (his grandfather is 88, so it may be our last trip together) it was so great to have that time with them. We ended up getting to stay an extra day so we invited my mom to come down and spend a couple of days, it being mother's day weekend it was great to all be together! Here are a few pictures of our trip!

Still Alive
They were pretending Caleb was Parkers daddy and he was the baby so Caleb is holding him. Their imagination amazes me! Today they were pretending that Caleb was the daddy dropping off Parker at the gym, and Parker would even call him daddy, Caleb would go out of the room and start doing all these different excercises, it was so funny. And NO I don't even take them to the gym that much!!

Happy Birthday to my Oldest Boy!
Last Sunday Caleb turned 4!! I can hardly believe it!! Saturday was their party and we had such a great time!! We are truly blessed with so many amazing friends and we are so happy for the ones that got to come and celebrate this special day with us! On his birthday we went out to lunch and were blessed to have weather in the 70's so we spent the afternoon outside playing! It was such a fun day! We were supposed to stick to tradition and bake cupcakes but we had birthday cake left over from the party so we decided to have that instead! Happy birthday my precious Caleb!! You are such a blessing to our family and I love you more than you could ever know!!
To back up just a little, we went to the Dr. on Friday before their party because both of the boys had the weirdest sounding cough. We get there and find out their lungs were weezing so Both were put on a nebulizer (not sure of spelling, breathing treatment) four times a day for ten minutes at a time! Needless to say we did a lot of bribing to get them to sit still for that long, they got a starburst each time they did it and got to pick their favorite show to watch during it. The cough did not seem to get better so on Monday they were both put on a steriod along with the breathing treatments. Let me just say this, I have NEVER seen my kids act like they acted while on this steriod. SCARY to see the affects of this medicine. Every morning while Parker was on it we would go take Caleb to school and then he would scream bloody murder kicking and throwing and all for seriously an hour. I could do nothing to get him under control. I tried offering candy, movies, I tried it all and no matter what he would not calm down! It was so hard on me!! There were moments that i just wanted to stop and cry with him. It felt so helpless! I could not get him to get control of himself! I had a friend over one of the mornings and she and I both were trying everything, he would cry for about an hour then all of a sudden he would turn into the happiest thing. It was weird!! As for Caleb, he was just moody and sassy! I am so glad they are done with that stuff and hope they never have to go on it again!
We continued to have an interesting week, poor Caleb did something he has never done before! He fell out of the bed at 3:00 am and when falling out of the bed he hit his bedside table! Well, I heard him hit and then start screaming so I jump out of bed saying "he fell out of the bed, he fell out of the bed" over and over to Eric. I went in there and he was standing holding his face, crying so hard and shaking like a leaf! So I bring him to my room and when the light hit him I saw all the blood on his face. Of course I wanted to freak out but tried to remain calm. Poor thing had hit his mouth and it busted his lip! I am sure you all know how bad the mouth bleeds. We finally got it to stop bleeding and he slept with us the rest of the night!! Poor thing!! So now when he gets in bed he makes sure he fixes the pillows so he can't fall out!
Well, that is about it on the updates!! This has been a rather long post!! Lots going on here I guess! Now I will post a few pictures to go along with some of the things I talked about!
